At Hotel RJ, we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the terms specified during the booking process. Please review the booking terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.

Our regular cancellation policy is as follows:

• Prior 15 days: Full refund of the booking amount.

• 7 days prior: 50% refund of the booking amount.

• 3 days prior: 25% refund of the booking amount.

• 0-3 days prior or no-show: No refund will be provided.

For group reservations or bookings for exhibition events (such as weddings, corporate events, etc.), the booking will be on a non-cancellation basis. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

In the event of a no-show or early check-out, the complete booking amount will be chargeable and no refunds will be provided.
